  They tried to take extra money from me and their rooms were mediocre. We booked using Southwest Concierge. They charged us for two rooms. We checked in just fine. The next morning we had breakfast in the hotel and when we needed to pay, the restaurant could not run our cars due to their system being down. She took it to the front desk. The front desk then ran out card for two hotel rooms without asking. It’s two weeks later and they’ve yet to refund the money. They are a pain the you know what! The rooms were clean but my room had missing artwork on the walls. I would not suggest staying here.
