  Absolutely terrible customer service. They canceled my scheduled inspection without notifying me and then never contacted me to reschedule. It took me over a week to have this issue taken care of and be able to get an inspection set up. After the inspection, I was never given any information or the report from the inspection which was needed for the closing of my house. I then spent two days trying to contact someone to receive this report. I never had problems with the terminix branch in Hamilton NJ but I will not be continuing any services through this branch with the way they have handled this whole process and lack of professionalism and promptness to this matter.

  Carlos Bergen has been our associate for a number of years, and has always done a very thorough job of examining our property. He is very polite and friendly and makes frequent suggestions about additional services such as insulation which would improve our energy efficiency and also ways of protecting us from undesirable humidity in our crawlspace. He is always very professional and helpful. We look forward to his next visit.
