  Absolute garbage company. The best part of dealing with them was when I found out they had sold my mortgage to another company. They did this without even as much as sending me an email, but I would expect nothing more from such a terrible organization. Their offshore employees are absolutely useless and their staff in the US are the most incompetent group of individuals I’ve ever had to deal with. They make the cable company and the DMV shine in terms of customer service. If you find yourself with PHH go ahead and do yourself a favor, and find another mortgage company to take you on. Garbage, garbage, garbage. They deserve zero stars. Good riddance PHH!
