  My fiance ordered flowers for our anniversary and scheduled them for delivery on Friday February 9th, instead they were delivered today and the card was basically illegible. Neither of which are a big deal but both together ended up ruining the surprise that he had planned. When he called to see what went wrong he was met by a rude employee with horrible customer service. Flowers are beautiful and the location is great since it is very close to where I work but at this point I will not use or recommend Flowers By Elizabeth in the future.

  My boyfriend ordered an arrangement for me today for Valentine’s Day and it was beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this florist! The flowers are so fresh and well priced!! I know the owner personally and she is so accommodating and works with you to make something exactly what you’re looking for.
