  Hello All. I was a new patient there in the Mt Laurel office. Was recommended a sleep study by Dr. CARLSON. Had the sleep study done at St Christopher's hospital which I had to make myself mind you. So sleep study comes and goes. I was told 2 to 4 weeks for results. I called twice within a months timeframe (the ent) to see if results were in and got an attitude from their employee Tammy. Said they would call me when the results came in. Ok. So my daughter is almost 2 and as a first time mom you can imagine the anxiety of not knowing if your daughter had sleep apnea. So I decided now that it's been a month of not hearing anything I would call the hospital myself. They told me results were in and have been for 3 weeks. The office never called me! Hospital said they faxed the results at the beginning of this month. So I called Tammy from ent and was given an attitude. She said she never received anything and had called the hospital twice and they told her results weren't in. That was a lie. How come I can call and get results and you can't. She didn't do her job. I could have had my mind at ease weeks ago and didn't because their employee didn't do their job. I DO NOT recommend this practice at all. Not to mention the wait times to try and make an appointment it's insane.
